Our daughter (born at 39 weeks by C-section) has been diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy since she was 4 months old. We have since started treatment with Keppra (Levetiracetam) which completely eliminated the seizures. However, during the 6-months follow-up EEG the sleep pattern showed fragmented hypsarrhythmia. Our doctor introduced the second AED - Sabril (Vigabatrin). Although she progresses slow but steady we feel that with the introduction of the second AED she appears more sedated.
She is now 11 months old and still not crawling or sitting without support and we hope that you can help us help her more.
